The main issue in this case is whether a subcontractor is liable to a general contractor considering the particular contract of indemnity and all of the facts and circumstances involved. The initial action was brought by Paul E. Christy to recover for personal injuries received on a construction project. The action was against Rauenhorst Corporation, the general contractor for the construction of a building for Menasha Corporation in Lakeville, Minnesota...
