Appellants Nathan S. Gumenick, Jerome Gumenick, Harry Grandis and Harriett Grandis appeal two judgments of the lower court, one in favor of appellee, Eulis Reed, for $650,000 and the other in favor of appellee, United States of America, for $10,440.
