PIERCE, Judge.

The complaint in this personal injury action alleged that plaintiff's injuries resulted from the negligence of the individual defendant in backing a truck into a parked automobile in which plaintiff was seated. Judgment was entered upon a jury verdict favoring defendants on all issues. We affirm.
