This appeal springs from the dismissal of appellants' complaint on motion of appellee. Appellants operate an insurance agency and appellee is their insurer under an Insurance Agents' and Brokers' Errors and Omissions Policy. This action was brought by appellants to recover from appellee the amount of a fire loss allegedly suffered by F. L. and Delma Abernathy which was not covered by fire insurance due to the failure of appellants to renew a policy...
