Larry Ortega, the defendant-appellant, was charged by information with the crime of robbery alleged to have been committed in Ada County on November 27, 1969. Following trial before a jury, which returned its verdict of guilty, the appellant was adjudged guilty of robbery and committed to the custody of the State Board of Corrections for a term not to exceed twenty-five years.
