The Industrial Commission of Arizona entered its award in the above matter on 7 February 1972. The petitioner, Elmer L. Rowe, who is the injured employee, filed a timely petition for a writ of certiorari to review the lawfulness of the award. Motorola, Inc., a self-insured employer, likewise addressed a petition for a writ of certiorari to the same award.
