Ansley, Wesco Materials Corporation, and Bruce Smith, instituted this suit against appellee, Tarrant County Water Control and Improvement District No. One, to recover permanent damages to land alleged to have been caused by the repeated flooding thereof by a dam and spillway constructed by appellee.
