Suit for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff-appellant while a passenger on one of defendant-respondent's buses. After a trial and jury verdict of $45,000.00 in favor of plaintiff and judgment entered on the verdict, defendant moved for a directed verdict or in the alternative for a new trial, alleging prejudicial error in the instructions.
