Presently before the Court is the above captioned plaintiffs' motion for temporary and final relief, wherein said plaintiffs seek to enjoin the enforcement of a provision of the Pennsylvania Election Code of 1937, P.L. 1333, as amended by the Act of August 13, 1963, P.L. 707, § 12, 25 P.S. § 2913(b).
