The real parties in interest in this appeal are Jan Curbo, defendant-appellant, and Lillian Dozier, a plaintiff-appellee, she having recovered judgment for $40,000 for the death of her husband, William Dozier. Appellant sets forth twenty-eight alleged errors in the trial. Since the case is being reversed we shall touch on only those matters which might arise in another trial.
