This original proceeding in mandamus was instituted by Rondell Browning, hereinafter referred to as relator, against the respondents, Harvey Oakley, Judge of the Circuit Court of Logan County, and Laurel Vance, defendant in a civil suit in a justice of the peace court, wherein the relator was awarded a judgment in the amount of $300.
