This personal-injury action arises out of a motor vehicle collision at an intersection controlled by a yield-right-of-way sign. At the close of plaintiff's case in chief, the court directed a verdict in favor of defendants. Plaintiff appeals from the denial of his post-trial motion for a new trial.
