Following an investigation of the labor practices of Cactus Craft of Arizona, the Secretary of Labor brought this action under 29 U.S.C. § 217, alleging violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), 29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq., with respect to minimum wage, overtime compensation, child labor, record keeping and shipping provisions of the Act.
