In this stockholder's derivative action brought on behalf of Hycon Mfg. Company (hereinafter "Hycon"), the defendant McDonnell Douglas Corporation (hereinafter "McDonnell") appeals from an allowance against it of counsel fees and legal expenses to the plaintiff stockholder.
