This is an appeal by defendant-appellant, Gary White, from a judgment of conviction and sentence entered by the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis upon a jury verdict finding appellant guilty of robbery in the first degree by means of a dangerous and deadly weapon. Appellant and William Winn were jointly charged in an indictment with robbery. Gary White was tried separately and the jury found him guilty...
