Defendant, Thomas Eugene Adams, Jr., was tried by a jury and found guilty of murder (La.R.S. 14:30) and sentenced to serve life imprisonment at the state penitentiary. On this appeal, the defendant relies on seven bills of exceptions to obtain a reversal.
