The plaintiff, Norma Jean Willis, instituted this suit against Billy Wayne Willis and the Union Labor Life Insurance Company for a declaratory judgment alleging herself to be the proper beneficiary under two policies of insurance taken out by her deceased husband, Delbert Ray Willis, a member of the Louisiana Laborers Health and Welfare Plan of pipeline workers, under group policies written by the defendant insurer.
