O'CONNELL, Chief Justice.

This is an action brought by plaintiff lessor for damages resulting from defendant lessee's breach of a lease. Both parties waived a jury trial. Judgment was entered for plaintiff in the amount of $3,375 plus costs and attorney's fees in the amount of $750. Defendant appeals.
