Annie Mae Mitchell and her husband, Leroy Mitchell, instituted this suit for damages for personal injuries sustained by Mrs. Mitchell when she fell into an open water meter hole in a service station in Natchitoches, Louisiana. The defendants are J. C. LaCaze, d/b/a LaCaze's Phillips 66 Service Station, The Aetna Casualty and Surety Company (the insurer of LaCaze), and City of Natchitoches.
