This is an action for patent infringement and trademark infringement which was commenced on June 15, 1973. The case comes before this Court only with respect to the alleged trademark infringement on plaintiff's motions for a preliminary injunction under Fed.R.Civ. P. 65 and 15 U.S.C. § 1116.
