This action arises out of a tort suit instituted by plaintiffs, Nedra F. Callahan, Murphy J. Francois, James V. Francois, and Donald J. Francois, against defendant, the Town of Bunkie, for damages arising out of a single automobile accident which claimed the life of their mother, Mercy Aymond Francois.
