TODD, Justice.
Plaintiff appeals from a denial of his motion for a new trial. Plaintiff's claim arose out of an intersection accident, and the jury found plaintiff and two defendants each 331/3 percent negligent. The trial court ordered judgment for defendants. We affirm.
