This is a suit for a writ of mandamus filed by Romeo Flores, Jr., appellee herein, against appellants, Matias Cuellar, County Clerk, and Reynaldo Uribe, County Treasurer, of Zapata County, Texas, for salary claimed due him as County Commissioner of Precinct No. 1, Zapata County, Texas. The trial court, after a nonjury hearing, granted the writ, and the county clerk was ordered to issue and deliver a warrant in payment of appellee's salary as County Commissioner...
