Herman Lee Moffett appeals from a conviction by a jury in the Circuit Court of Mobile County, of the offense of rape. His punishment was fixed at ten years in the State penitentiary. Moffett alleges two errors. He alleges first, that it was error for the trial judge to allow him to be brought into open court before the jury, handcuffed to a deputy sheriff.
