DECISION and ORDER

MYRON L. GORDON, District Judge.

The defendant, Edward Filkins, Inc. (Filkins), has moved for an order dismissing the complaint in this patent infringement suit for improper venue, pursuant to Rule 12(b) (3) and (d), Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.

In a decision and order dated August 9, 1973, I dismissed the complaint in this action as against Filkins' then co-defendant, Tempmaster Corporation, on venue grounds. See Air Factors...
