ONION, Presiding Judge.

This is an appeal from a conviction for burglary with intent to commit theft where the punishment was assessed at two (2) years.

On January 10, 1972, the appellant waived trial by jury and entered a plea of guilty before the court. He was extremely well admonished by the court as to the consequences of his plea. The court was also careful to inquire, among other things, whether the appellant had been promised probation...
