Donald Davis was convicted by a jury of bank robbery and aiding and abetting, violations of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2113(a), (b), (d) and (f) and 18 U.S.C. § 2. He was sentenced to imprisonment for 20 years under 18 U.S.C. § 4208(a)(2). In this direct appeal Davis argues that several reversible errors were committed in the prosecution of his case.
