DRENNEN, Judge:

Respondent determined that petitioners, as transferees of assets of the estates of their parents, Jacob and Ida Hayutin, are liable for the $65,000 deficiency in the 1956 income tax of Jacob and Ida Hayutin, plus statutory interest. The liability of each petitioner was determined as follows:
