This is an appeal by defendant Jerome Harold Joseph from a judgment of guilt on three counts of Grand Theft by False Pretenses, a felony, and one count of Petty Theft by False Pretenses, a misdemeanor, in violation of A.R.S. § 13-661, subsec. A, par. 3, and § 13-663, as amended. Defendant was granted probation on each of the charges. Pending appeal, probation was revoked and defendant given a prison sentence of not less than four...
