This is a suit for damages which resulted from an automobile accident. At the trial, counsel stipulated that: (1) the named insurer provided coverage; (2) there was liability on the part of the named defendants, and (3) the only issue for trial was that of quantum. The trial court awarded $575.25 to plaintiff, William C. Rutledge, individually, for medical expenses incurred for the treatment of his son...
