This is an action brought under 42 U. S.C., Section 1983 by two inmates of the Iowa State Penitentiary at Fort Madison, Iowa, against the Warden and other prison officials. Petitioners aver that as members of the Church of the New Song they are being denied the right to practice their religion in violation of the First Amendment.
