The appellants, Fred F. Wolf and Shirley H. Wolf, his wife, on April 5, 1971, filed in the Circuit Court for Prince George's County a two count declaration sounding in trespass quare clausum fregit against the appellee, Levitt & Sons, Inc. The first count alleged a willful and wanton trespass by Levitt's agents on the land of the Wolfs, being Section 1, Block 2, Lot 1A of a subdivision known as Montpelier...
