GILLESPIE, Chief Justice:

Mrs. Mary John Kimbrough sued The Lampton Company and its driver, Buckalew, in the Circuit Court of Jones County to recover for personal injuries sustained in a motor vehicle collision. The jury found for the defendant and Mrs. Kimbrough appealed to this Court.
