ROBERTSON, Justice:

Jessie McGowan, Jr., Alias Jessie McGown, J., was indicted, tried and convicted in the Circuit Court of Leake County of the murder of Dean Wilder, and was sentenced to life imprisonment in the State Penitentiary.
