A Baltimore City police officer, George Donohue (Donohue), appellant here, sued to recover overtime pay he claimed was due him. We shall here affirm an order sustaining a demurrer to his amended declaration without leave to amend. His original suit included the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore. The City of Baltimore's demurrer was sustained without leave to amend and the demurrer of the remaining defendants was sustained...
