HOLMES, Judge.
Appellant, plaintiff below, filed a one-count complaint in detinue against the appellee.
The matter was tried without a jury in the Circuit Court of Tuscaloosa County and after testimony was taken ore tenus and by stipulation the trial court entered a judgment for the defendant. This appeal is taken from that judgment.
