George and Al Freeman, brothers, were convicted by Desha County Circuit Court, sitting as a jury, of possessing burglar's tools,1 George Freeman being sentenced to serve ten years in the Arkansas Department of Correction, and Al Freeman being sentenced to serve six years. From the judgment so entered, appellants bring this appeal.
