This is an appeal from a judgment entered on an adjudication of guilt in a nonjury trial under 8 U.S.C.A. § 1324(a)(1) of bringing into and landing in the United States three aliens who were not duly admitted by an immigration officer or lawfully entitled to enter or reside in the United States.
