ALL TAXPAYERS, PROPERTY OWNERS AND CITIZENS OF INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT NO. 1 OF the PARISH OF WASHINGTON, State of Louisiana, Including Non-Residents Owning Property or Subject to Taxation Therein, and All Other Persons Interested In or Affected In Any Way By the Issuance of Industrial Revenue Bonds of the District.

This proceeding is brought under Articles 4750-4759 of the Code of Civil Procedure, to have certain bonds issued by the governing body of Industrial District No. 1 of the Parish of Washington, State of Louisiana, declared to constitute valid and legal obligations of the District, and to have all proceedings taken in connection with the issuance of the bonds, and the lease agreement securing same, declared legal, valid and binding.
