Appellants Carter and Burkhead were found guilty of sodomy, alleged to have occurred shortly after 11:00 p. m. in Carter's automobile which was parked at the public rest and tourist information facility adjacent to Interstate Highway 70, where other parties had parked trucks, automobiles and campers.
