This is a child custody contest between the mother and the foster parents.

Mrs. Cheryl Borras, the mother of the minor, Patrick Kellard Harmon, commenced these proceedings by obtaining issuance of a writ of habeas corpus, which commanded Mr. and Mrs. Sherman J.
