Plaintiffs, Mr. and Mrs. Blake, initiated this action, seeking specific performance of an earnest money receipt and offer to purchase, executed by Mrs. Blake as vendee and defendant, Mrs. Lee, as vendor, on July 16, 1971. Plaintiff Clegg seeks judgment against Lee for a real estate commission.
