George A. Tackett, appellant herein, was injured on May 13, 1970 while operating a John Deere tractor. The chisel plow being pulled by the tractor struck an underground stump, breaking, being pulled up onto the tractor, and injuring Tackett. A bolt from the plow also struck appellant in the forehead.
