ARMSTRONG, J.

Plaintiff, Jean Gray, commenced this appeal from a dismissal of her petition contesting the will of the decedent, Edna Crane. The sole issue raised by the appeal is whether the trial court erred in granting the dismissal on the ground that the plaintiff, Jean Gray, was not an "interested party."1 We hold that the petition should not have been dismissed.
