The testator in this case, William L. Benjamin, Sr., died on August 4, 1971, at the age of fifty, from an overdose of barbiturates. In due course, a petition for probate and a will dated July 12, 1971 were filed in the Orphans' Court for Prince George's County by appellee, Kenneth S.
