WEATHERBEE, Justice.

This is an action instituted by the minor Plaintiff against the Defendant company, seeking to recover of personal injuries suffered by the Plaintiff in a fall from a fuel tank owned by the Defendant. His father, Philip Reed, also seeks consequential damages. At trial before a jury, the Superior Court Justice directed a verdict for the Defendant at the close of the Plaintiffs' evidence, and from that ruling the Plaintiffs appeal under M.R.C.P....
