This is a delayed appeal from defendant's enhanced sentence as an habitual criminal under former ORS 168.015 et seq.1 The defendant was convicted on December 16, 1964, of possession of narcotic drugs, former ORS 474.020, and sentenced to a term of five years and a fine of $2,500.2 This conviction was affirmed in January 1966.
