In each of these cases, consolidated on appeal, plaintiff filed suit against the Tax Collector of Iron County for refund of alleged excess school tax payment. Three school districts of Iron County intervened and upon trial judgments were rendered in favor of defendant and the intervenors. Plaintiffs have duly appealed.
