The trial court overruled the plea of privilege filed by Employers Casualty Company and that defendant has appealed.

Linda Wilson, the plaintiff, had sued the insurance company praying for a declaratory judgment to the effect that an automobile insurance policy that defendant had issued to the plaintiff was in force and effect and provided her coverage on October 10, 1971, when her automobile sustained collision damage...
