Respondent shall recover of appellant $60 costs and disbursements of this appeal. The Trial Justice did not charge, as stated in the dissent, that "all employees, even those no longer in the employ of the defendant, were interested witnesses." He did correctly charge that Sigreti, even though he is no longer in defendant's employ, was an interested witness. Sigreti was concededly an interested witness. He was the motorman charged with the negligence which caused the injuries...
